Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We recommend sizing up for an oversized fit. 
Can I wash it in the washing machine?

3. Air dry: After washing your sweatsuit, don't put it in the dryer. Instead, lay it flat or hang it to air dry. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, as this can cause the fabric to fade.
4. Store carefully: To prevent your sweatsuit from getting stretched out of shape, store it carefully. Fold it neatly and store it in a drawer or on a hanger. Avoid storing it in direct sunlight or in a humid environment.
